We normally do not write reviews unless our experience is extremely horrendous and we want buyers to beware, however, this AMAZING experience deems a review to be in order. Last summer we decided to sell our home and explore new options in the housing market. We met with our realtor, ventured out into the housing market, and viewed what seemed to be house, after house, after house. We saw many beautiful properties, but none that seemed to be calling out to us. At some point during the search for our dream home, my wife (through much online research), saw a model of a home being built by Wilshire Homes. She was totally captivated by it and continued to call the house a “castle". We began the process of making this castle our dream come true. Our realtor linked us with Wilshire Homes to explore the options of building our dream home. We were extremely pleased with the model we were shown and the customizable options that we were given. With no reserve, we immediately began customizing our castle. Now the only thing left was the search for land to get the project started. Wilshire Homes for the win again. They showed us several plots where we could purchase the land needed to build. Did I mention, there were many great options and It didn't take us long to find the perfect spot? To be very transparent, we were beyond nervous throughout the process after hearing horror stories after horror stories from family, friends, and various online reviews of how lumber and parts were hard to come by during the pandemic, and how home building throughout America was becoming a nightmare for some. To our surprise, Wilshire Homes kept us up to date on how production was flowing and assured us things were moving as scheduled. Wilshire Homes allowed us to be so involved in the process, we felt as if we had become a part of the building team. We were there through every step and might I add, we might have been at the property every other day taking a million pictures out of excitement. I am sure the the soon to be neighbors were shaking their heads at how often they saw. Soon the day of completion came and I must say, a castle does not even compare to what was built. We realized we had the perfect house built, on the perfect land, and in the perfect area. We thank you Wilshire Homes for such an amazing home. We are so pleased at the design and customization of our new castle. Craig and Wilshire Homes, you certainly out did yourselves you want to have ahigh quality home built in a timely manner by a highly motivated team, then we strongly recommend Wilshire Homes.
