My husband and I had a home built by Craig in 2019. We had no idea how to determine what would be a good site to build, so Craig offered to look at the properties we were considering. We finally found a site that was perfect for us. I called the realtor the day it was listed, and Craig became our go-between with the real estate agent. While some people may enjoy the details and hundreds of decisions often needed when building a home, my husband and I do not. We told Craig that we liked a house he had built at another location and that was the house we wanted. The only choices we had to make were paint color, flooring, tile and cabinets. That was perfect for us! About midway through building, we decided on a couple of changes that we should have requested in the beginning but didn’t think about until we started visiting the site. Craig quickly got an estimate for the additional cost and made it happen.
We have now lived in our home for over two years. I am happy to say that we have not had any issues AT ALL with the home. I truly anticipated we would notice things after we moved in, but there have been NONE. After closing, we were given a folder that included the contact information for the individual contractors that were involved in the build in case there were any issues (which there has not been any). It’s very important for me to emphasize that throughout the process, Craig was incredibly responsive to any and all questions we had. I recently contacted him, two years after he built our home, to find out about glass repair for our front door. As always, he responded immediately, and they came out the next day and measured for the replacement.
Craig is a knowledgeable, professional, hardworking and affable guy and it was such an easy process of having him build our home. I was so glad to be able to breathe a sigh of relief after the process was completed.
